Returns and Exchanges
Returns are available within 2 days of delivery and are available on full-price items only.
Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
Kindly note we will be charging a return fee the same as the shipping fee (depending on the location for example UAE 25 AED) for shipping purposes.
We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.
EXCHANGES: We can only accept exchanges in the same conditions are the returns.
Additional Returns Guidelines:
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered Bodysuit, or an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
If you are returning multiple orders, do so together to avoid processing delays and extra charges.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Sale product are marked as final sale, items purchased on sale cannot be returned!
