How to place an order?
To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.
How will I know if my order is confirmed/shipped?
After making a purchase on Tcheriz you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped with DHL/DPD (domestic deliveries)/ UPS. You can also track your package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.
How do I collect my order?
All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
The regular processing time is up to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You should have your order within 7 business days from placing the order.
The delivery time may differ depending on the country. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please kindly note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.
Can I collect my order in store?
Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in store.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
The amount depends on the regulations set by your NATIONAL AUTHORITIES.
We do not handle any DDP charges for shipments. The recipient is responsible for paying any taxes or duties.
The logistics and courier company will manage the customs process and ensure that the package is delivered directly to the recipient's address.
Tcheriz cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Our delivery cost may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay. Please see Shipping section to check delivery costs.
What payment methods does Tcheriz accept?
Tcheriz accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order
Cash on Delivery: Cash or card on delivery is accepted for orders within the GCC area

You will be charge when you place your order.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.
When will my pre-order ship?
The estimated shipping date is noted for each pre-order item on the product page. You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

How do I return an item?
For hygiene purposes we reserve the right to decline a return, please note that we can only accept returns for unwashed, unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
Returns are available within the first 2 days of delivery and are available on full-price items only.
How do I exchange an item?
We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products (if complying with the return policy) and make a new order.
When do I get my refund?
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 7 business days from receipt.
